Nomisma came
into existence to help.
We watched a generation of brilliant founders being asked to solve problems no single person was ever meant to solve alone. Architecture before the second engineer was hired. Compliance before the first customer. Security before the first enterprise conversation. Capital strategy before the first round. The work that decides whether a company will survive was being done in the margins, between feature commits, while the actual company was being built, or not.
Nomisma was started to help carry that weight. So the founders we work with can stay focused on the vision, and the investors who back us can stay focused on the upside. A studio that exists to make sure good AI companies get built right the first time.

Neet Sidhu started building technology solutions in 2010, quietly, across the sectors where engineering decisions translate directly into outcomes for the people on the other end. Healthcare, where data flow and integrity determine patient experience. Pharma, where systems carry compliance burden as heavy as the product itself. Logistics technology, where fleet intelligence and operational data shape entire supply chains. Carbon markets, where trust and provenance are the entire product. The pattern across every sector has been the same: technology, applied with discipline, in places where it actually counts.
Over fifteen years, that work has spanned blockchain for verifiable data flows, AI and machine learning for predictive intelligence, IoT for real-time decision systems, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity at the foundation of all of it. He has built and led across each, not as a passing interest, but as the practical work of operating businesses where the technology had to function the day it shipped.
Nomisma is the studio he founded to bring that accumulated discipline into AI. He leads it with a global team across four countries, building production-grade AI ventures in sectors where the stakes are real: healthcare, pharma, logistics technology, education, mental health, carbon markets, and emerging technology. The conviction underneath the studio is one he holds personally: that technology must be woven with the values of the society it serves, and the work worth doing is the work that puts tools in the hands of people, not just inside the books of the companies that build them.

Nomisma is a small, senior team of engineers, designers, and operators distributed across four countries. Most have worked together for years before this studio existed. The work that ships every portfolio company runs through a tight engineering practice in India, supported by operations and advisory across the United States, the UAE, and Canada.
We hire when the right person finds us, not by job board. The team is intentionally compact: every person carries real ownership over what they ship, and every engagement runs through someone who has built it before.
